Ulead A35-440-111 Review: Photo Express 4.0 Digital Studio. I had said in one of my reviews a while back that I did most of my heavy-duty work in either Photoshop or Photo Impact, but I was searching for a simple editing program at a reasonable cost that didn't take a whole lot of time to learn or to use.
