All-Clad 1112 SS Review: All-Clad Cop-R-Chef 12-Inch Fry Pan. This is my benchmark pan. Most of my collection is All-Clad Stainless. Generally speaking, I consider All-clad to be a standard for servicable cookware. Myself as well as many in my extended family have had heaps of junk fraudulently sold as cookware. I cannot believe some of the pathetic things others use.
