All-Clad 1110 SS Review: All-Clad Cop-R-Chef 10-Inch Fry Pan. Not only does this pan look great in the kitchen, it performs wonderfully. It's a very well balanced piece with enough weight to hold heat well but not so heavy that it's a chore to use. The handle stays very cool and the concave design is great for maintaining a solid grasp. I generally use this pan for searing meat and fish and I'm always happy with the outcome.
