Little Tikes 4162 Review: Little Tikes Push and Ride Doll Walker. My daughter received this walker as a gift for her first birthday. She was not yet walking on her own, and this doll walker toy gave her the freedom to get up and go. Now that she is 4 years old it is still her favorite ride-on toy, hands down (even though she is really too big for it at this point).
