Disney 2210101 Review: Who Wants to Be a Millionaire: Third Edition. The 3rd edition of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" is slightly better than the 1st edition. There are more questions, Regis's comments are not as bombastic, and there are some minor graphics improvements. This 3rd edition boasts the ability to download additional questions from the Internet and add them to your game. However, there is one drawback to this.
